Social Media Marketing Manager

About the Role

Base Career is seeking a part-time Social Media Marketing Manager for a premium cast bronze plaques and artworks studio based in Jeddah, Makkah. This role is responsible for managing social media strategy and content across Instagram and TikTok, with a focus on driving engagement and growth for an English and Arabic audience.

Work Schedule

This is a part-time position with core coverage required from Wednesday through Saturday. Posting activities are concentrated around the weekend and the preceding days, which represent the studio's peak sales period.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain a content calendar for Instagram and TikTok.
• Generate post ideas and concepts that align with brand identity and sales objectives for both English and Arabic audiences.
• Manage content mix, posting frequency, campaign integration, and growth strategies.
• Respond to comments and direct messages, engage with followers, and monitor brand mentions.
• Track engagement, reach, and follower growth, adjusting strategy based on performance data.
• Coordinate with the studio to obtain raw photos, videos, product information, and promotional details.
• Stay informed on current Instagram and TikTok trends relevant to craft, design, and product brands.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Proven experience in managing Instagram and TikTok for a brand, with a portfolio of examples required.
• Strong understanding of content strategy beyond basic posting.
• Comfortable with the community management tone appropriate for a premium craft brand.
• Bilingual proficiency in English and Arabic is strongly preferred.
• Experience required: 0-1 years.

Location and Work Type

The role is part-time and can be performed remotely if the candidate is fully remote-capable. Being based in or near Jeddah is preferred but not mandatory. This position is for Makkah, specifically Jeddah and Makkah cities.
