About the Role

Luxury Collection is seeking a Spa Service Expert (Spa Receptionist) for a full-time position in Jeddah. This role is integral to supporting various spa functions, focusing on creating a memorable and unique experience for guests through comprehensive spa services.

Key Responsibilities

• Promoting spa services and retail products to guests.
• Scheduling and confirming guest reservations and appointments.
• Providing detailed information and answers regarding available spa services.
• Checking in guests and managing their spa experience from arrival.
• Processing payments accurately and efficiently.
• Ensuring all transactions contribute positively to the overall guest experience.

Workplace Standards and Physical Requirements

The role requires adherence to company policies and procedures, upholding quality standards, and maintaining a professional appearance and communication style. Spa Specialists must ensure a safe workplace. Physical requirements include standing, sitting, or walking for extended periods, moving over varied surfaces, and managing reservation software. The position also involves a hands-on approach, including moving, lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling, and placing objects weighing up to 10 pounds without assistance and up to 25 pounds with assistance, as well as reaching overhead and below the knees, bending, twisting, and stooping.

Qualifications and Experience

• Education: High school diploma or *** equivalent.
• Related Work Experience: 0-1 years of related work experience.
• Supervisory Experience: No supervisory experience required.
• License or Certification: None required.
