Role Overview

Spa Service Experts play a vital role in supporting various spa functions, contributing to a memorable and distinctive guest experience. This position requires taking initiative to provide a comprehensive range of services, ensuring guest satisfaction and operational efficiency within the spa environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Promote spa services and retail products to guests.
• Schedule reservations and confirm appointments accurately.
• Provide clear and comprehensive answers regarding available services.
• Efficiently check in guests upon arrival.
• Process payments, ensuring a smooth and integrated transaction experience.
• Contribute to maintaining a safe and secure workplace.
• Adhere to all company policies and procedures.
• Uphold established quality standards in all aspects of service delivery.
• Ensure professional appearance, uniform, and communication at all times.

Physical Requirements

The role of a Spa Service Expert involves physical activity and mobility, including:

• Standing, sitting, or walking for extended periods.
• Moving over sloping, uneven, or potentially slippery surfaces.
• Managing reservation software, which includes reading and visually verifying information.
• Performing tasks that require moving, lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling, and placing objects weighing up to 10 pounds without assistance, and up to 25 pounds with assistance.
• Reaching overhead and below the knees, including bending, twisting, pulling, and stooping.

Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or *** equivalent.
