About the Tamheer Graduates Development Program

This role is offered under the Graduates Development Program (TAMHEER), a national initiative aimed at providing recent graduates with practical work experience. The program facilitates career entry and skill enhancement by integrating participants into the professional workforce, offering valuable exposure to Human Resources functions.

Essential Eligibility Criteria

Candidates interested in this Tamheer internship must meet the following fundamental requirements:

• Must hold Saudi nationality.
• Must be registered on the Human Resources Development Fund website.
• Must not be currently employed in either the public or private sector.
• Must not be listed as "prohibited" by the Human Resources Development Fund.

Academic Qualifications Required

Applicants must possess one of the following educational backgrounds:

• A diploma from accredited institutes and technical, health, or administrative colleges, with a minimum duration of one academic year (two semesters).
• A bachelor's degree or higher from a Saudi or internationally accredited university recognized by the Ministry of Education. If the degree is from a foreign university, candidates must attach the certificate equivalency decision issued by the Ministry of Education.

Tamheer Program Participation Conditions

Specific conditions apply regarding prior participation in the Tamheer program:

• Should not have fully benefited from the "Training Balance" of the Graduates Development Program (TAMHEER), meaning no more than two opportunities totaling 6 months for both opportunities combined.
• Should not be excluded from the Graduates Development Program (TAMHEER).
