About the Internship

Bupa Arabia is seeking a Trainee Data Analyst to join their team in Jeddah. This internship offers an opportunity for individuals with 0-1 years of experience to develop their skills in data analysis within a professional environment. The role focuses on leveraging data to understand member engagement and enhance analytical capabilities.

Role Overview

The Trainee Data Analyst will be responsible for examining member engagement data to identify key trends and actionable insights. This involves contributing to the enhancement of existing dashboards and analytical systems, as well as supporting the creation of new platforms to improve data visibility and understanding across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Collect, organize, and analyze member engagement data from diverse sources, including website analytics, email campaigns, event attendance, and support tickets.
• Identify significant trends, patterns, and insights from data to inform and refine member outreach strategies.
• Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to effectively track and communicate key member engagement metrics.
• Contribute to the development of informative digital channels that explain the features and benefits of the company's services.
• Track and analyze the performance and inputs of the customer engagement team.
• Report on the outcomes and results related to engaged customers.
• Assist in identifying and implementing strategies aimed at improving overall customer engagement and satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or a closely related field.
• 0-1 years of professional experience, suitable for an internship role.

Required Skills and Tools

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Demonstrated good analytical skills.
• Proficiency in presentation skills.
• Mandatory knowledge of Excel and Power BI.
