About the Opportunity

Bupa Arabia is seeking a Trainee Design & Innovation (Coop/Tamheer) to join its team in Jiddah or Makkah, Saudi Arabia. This full-time position is ideal for individuals with 0-1 years of experience who are eager to develop practical skills in a professional corporate environment.

Role Overview

The Trainee Design & Innovation will be responsible for learning and executing assigned tasks, ensuring deadlines are met, and delivering high-quality documents and creative assets based on provided direction. This role involves assisting in various areas beyond core responsibilities, providing comprehensive support to the wider team.

Key Responsibilities

• Create content in both English and Arabic.
• Translate content accurately from Arabic to English and vice versa.
• Develop video presentations and animated videos.
• Provide support in presentation design and the creation of various design elements, including icons, infographics, and flyers.
• Extract relevant information from Power BI for reporting and design purposes.
• Design dashboards and convert existing designs into slides and templates.

Required Skills and Abilities

Candidates for this role should demonstrate the following abilities:

• Proficiency in content creation in both English and Arabic.
• Capability to translate effectively between Arabic and English.
• Skills in creating video presentations and animated videos.
• Aptitude for supporting presentation design and developing design elements such as icons, infographics, or flyers.
• Competence in extracting information from Power BI, designing dashboards, and converting designs into slides and templates.
