About Tamra Capital

Tamra Capital is recognized as Saudi Arabia's first robo-advisor and the only profitable CMA-licensed robo-advisory platform in the Kingdom. The company operates with core values centered on Impact, Integrity, Belonging, Transparency, Ownership, and Empowerment, which guide its approach to client service and internal operations.

Role Summary: Wealth Manager

Tamra Capital is seeking a Wealth Manager to join its team in Jeddah, Makkah, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role represents Tamra's first human advisor position, serving clients across its investor base. The Wealth Manager will be responsible for managing an initial cohort of clients, growing their balances, activating suitable clients from the existing database, and attracting new affluent clients through various channels. This role also involves developing the operational playbook for future advisors.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage a dedicated book of clients, including welcome calls, developing written plans based on client goals, conducting annual reviews, and providing support during life events and market fluctuations, all within established model portfolios and CMA suitability rules.
  • Implement tailored engagement plans for each client to increase balances, encourage regular contributions, and facilitate reinvestment, ensuring advice aligns with the client's plan.
  • Collaborate with the Data lead to activate prioritized lists of clients whose financial profiles match the advisory criteria but are currently in lower tiers or inactive.
  • Attract new affluent clients, including business owners, senior executives, and wealthy families, through referrals, professional networks, partnerships, and events, guiding them from initial conversation through onboarding, funding, and first investment.
  • Develop and refine the advisory playbook, covering review cadences, call scripts, documentation standards, escalation processes to the investment team, and requirements for AI-tool functionalities for advisors.
  • Ensure all recommendations are documented in compliance with CMA expectations, including suitability records and written advice, and handle complaints according to policy.
  • Report monthly on client requests, such as harvest, monthly distribution, private markets, and zakat, to the CRO, CIO, and CVO to ensure unified advisory and product responses.
  • Grow the client base steadily over the first year, leveraging the platform for routine tasks, with an expectation to manage a significantly larger client portfolio as support tools become fully activated.

Candidate Profile and Requirements

  • 5-10 years of relevant experience in wealth management or financial advisory.
  • Demonstrated ability to clearly explain complex financial concepts such as portfolios, fees, zakat, and Sharia screening.
  • Proficiency in a digital-first work environment, utilizing applications, CRM systems, and dashboards rather than traditional branch operations.
  • Comfortable with AI-tool recommendations, including the ability to review, override when necessary, and take full ownership of all advice provided.
  • A proactive and adaptable temperament, capable of developing processes while executing them and providing constructive feedback on existing models.

Work Environment

This is a full-time position based in Jeddah, Makkah, Saudi Arabia. The role emphasizes retention and documented advice over sales targets, with a focus on suitability and client-centric service. The Wealth Manager will contribute to shaping the advisory model and processes within a dynamic fintech environment.

Application Process

Interested candidates are invited to apply for this Wealth Manager position. Salary details will be discussed during the interview process.
