The Opportunity: Senior Personnel Technician

Almarai is seeking a Senior Personnel Technician to join its team in Hail. This is a full-time position reporting directly to the Regional Personnel Manager. The role involves performing essential personnel and administrative tasks to support the company's operations and ensure efficient payroll functions.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform a wide variety of responsible personnel and administration tasks.
• Process and maintain personnel-related documents to support the Payroll Function.
• Ensure timely and accurate pay to employees in compliance with established policies and procedures.

Required Qualifications

• Diploma in Human Resources, Accounting, or a related field.
• Minimum of 1 to 2 years of increasingly responsible personnel job experience.

Essential Skills and Abilities

• Ability to prioritize and complete workload assignments in a high-volume environment to meet deadlines.
• Ability to read, interpret, apply, and explain rules, regulations, policies, and procedures.
• Ability to gather, analyze, and act upon relevant information in a timely manner.
• Ability to respond to questions or complaints from employees.
• Ability to research and resolve personnel-related discrepancies.
• Strong computer skills with proficiency in a variety of word processing, spreadsheet, and database applications.
