The Role: Fire & Safety Officer (Poultry)

Almarai is seeking a Fire & Safety Officer to join its team in Hail. This full-time position is critical for overseeing the safety of all divisional personnel, contractors, and visitors across all site locations and accommodation facilities within the poultry division. The officer will play a key role in maintaining a safe environment and mitigating risks related to fire, smoke, and water damage.

Key Responsibilities

• Report any unsafe or defective equipment, practices, acts, or omissions to functional management.
• Ensure immediate corrective actions are taken to eliminate or minimize the risk of loss.
• Mitigate risks resulting from fire, smoke, and water damage to company resources.

Scope of Safety Oversight

The Fire & Safety Officer is responsible for protecting a broad range of Almarai resources. These include, but are not limited to, personnel, buildings, plant and equipment, product and raw materials, and information and information retrieval systems, encompassing both paper and electronic formats.

Candidate Requirements

• A minimum of 2 to 5 years of relevant experience in fire and safety management.
• Demonstrated ability to identify hazards and implement effective corrective measures.
• Strong understanding of safety protocols and risk mitigation strategies.

Work Environment

This is a full-time position based in Hail, focusing specifically on the poultry division's sites and accommodations. The role requires a proactive approach to safety within a large-scale food and beverage manufacturing and distribution environment, ensuring compliance and continuous improvement in safety standards.
