About the Team Manager (Poultry) Role

Almarai is seeking a Team Manager to oversee operations within its poultry processing plant located in Hail. This full-time position requires a dedicated professional to lead production teams, ensuring high standards of product quality, safety, and operational efficiency while meeting production targets and internal customer needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage processing teams to achieve defined production targets.
• Ensure all products adhere to required quality, safety, and specification standards.
• Optimize yield, minimize waste, and maximize plant utilization.
• Deliver production schedules accurately and on time.
• Maintain and enforce Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points (HACCP), and food safety standards.
• Foster a strong health and safety culture across all operations.
• Train, coach, and develop team members to enhance performance.
• Coordinate effectively with planning, maintenance, and quality teams to ensure smooth operations.
• Identify operational issues and implement appropriate corrective actions.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives and cost optimization efforts.
• Manage manpower planning, shift schedules, and team performance.

Required Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Production, Food Technology, Food Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Knowledge of HACCP, GMP, and ISO 22000 standards.
• A minimum of 2 to 5 years of experience in poultry or food processing operations.
• Experience working within high-volume manufacturing environments.
• Proven experience managing large, multicultural teams, ideally between 80–100 employees.
• Exposure to automated processing systems is preferred.
