About the Fashion Consultant Role

Chalhoub Group, a prominent creator of luxury experiences in the Middle East for over seventy years, is seeking a Fashion Consultant for its location in Hail. This full-time position requires 2-5 years of experience in fashion retail and involves delivering an outstanding customer experience while driving business through sales. The role emphasizes a strong understanding of omnichannel engagement, connecting with customers through both physical and digital channels to provide a seamless and consistent high level of service.

Key Responsibilities

The Fashion Consultant will act as a brand ambassador, leveraging in-depth knowledge of the brand, fashion, and style. Key responsibilities include:

  • Representing the brand by communicating its values and philosophy in all interactions.
  • Collaborating with team members to foster a constructive work environment.
  • Achieving individual and collective sales targets while adhering to all sales and operational policies.
  • Understanding customer purchasing patterns and behaviors to build strong relationships and identify future selling opportunities.
  • Promoting the Group’s loyalty program (MUSE) to increase enrollment and new customer acquisition.
  • Staying informed about the latest fashion trends, social media campaigns, products, and competitor activities, and promoting relevant brand offerings to customers.
  • Participating in brand events as required.
  • Delivering exceptional customer service across all touchpoints, building rapport, sharing product knowledge, and proactively addressing customer needs.
  • Utilizing impactful storytelling to enhance the customer experience through education and entertainment.
  • Assessing customer needs, providing assistance, and meeting or exceeding expectations.
  • Employing clienteling techniques and tools to build trust and drive loyalty through virtual connections.
  • Preparing and processing e-commerce orders from the store within set service level agreements.
  • Managing and creating accurate client data reporting and analytics.
  • Maintaining operating standards by ensuring stock replenishment and organizing displays according to brand visual merchandising guidelines.
  • Leveraging available technology tools to support customer experience both in-store and remotely.

Qualifications and Experience

Candidates for this role should possess the following qualifications:

  • A minimum of 2–3 years of experience in fashion retail.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Proficiency in styling and product knowledge.
