About the Regional QSHE Coordinator Role

Almarai is seeking a Regional QSHE Coordinator to join its team in Hail. This full-time position is responsible for ensuring comprehensive adherence to the company’s Quality, Health & Safety, Environmental, and Food Safety management systems. The role involves the application of contemporary QSHE management techniques and technologies, aligning with world-class operational standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure full compliance with Almarai’s Quality, Health & Safety, Environmental, and Food Safety management systems across the region.
• Implement and utilize the latest QSHE management techniques and relevant technologies.
• Uphold and adhere to world-class standards in all QSHE-related activities.

Required Qualifications and Experience

• A Bachelor’s degree in Agriculture, Food Science, or a related Science field from a recognized university.
• A Diploma in Quality Management.
• Relevant qualifications in ISO management systems, including QMS, FSMS, EMS, and OHSMS.
• Certification as an internal auditor.
• Completion of IOSH Working Safely training.
• A minimum of 3 years of Quality Assurance experience specifically within the food industry.

• Demonstrated fluency in the English language, encompassing oral, written, and reading proficiency.
• A professional and disciplined approach to business activities, characterized by a high level of personal integrity.
• A results-oriented mindset with the ability to drive initiatives to completion.
