The Role of Regional QSHE Coordinator (Farming)

Almarai is seeking a Regional QSHE Coordinator (Farming) to join its team in Hail. This full-time position is designed for professionals with 0-1 years of experience who will ensure the comprehensive compliance of the company’s Quality, Health & Safety, Environmental, and Food Safety management systems within the farming operations. The role involves applying current QSHE management techniques and technology in alignment with world-class standards.

Core Responsibilities

• Ensure full compliance with the company’s Quality Management System (QMS).
• Oversee adherence to Health & Safety (H&S) protocols and standards.
• Implement and monitor Environmental Management System (EMS) requirements.
• Verify compliance with Food Safety Management System (FSMS) guidelines.
• Utilize contemporary QSHE management techniques and technologies.
• Maintain alignment with international and industry-specific world-class standards.

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Agriculture, Food Science, or Science from a recognized university.
• Diploma in Quality Management.
• Qualification in ISO management systems (QMS / FSMS / EMS / OHSMS).
• Qualification as an internal auditor.
• IOSH Working Safely training certification.
• 0-1 years of relevant professional experience.
