About Damas Jewellery

Damas Jewellery is a prominent luxury retailer in the jewellery sector. We are seeking a dedicated Sales Consultant to join our team in Ha'il, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role is central to our retail operations, focusing on client engagement and sales performance.

Role Overview

The Sales Consultant is responsible for converting prospective sales into actual sales and consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets. This role involves proactively developing client portfolios and delivering exceptional customer service to maintain Damas standards within the store environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Achieve individual sales targets and key performance indicators as directed by management.
• Proactively develop and manage client portfolios.
• Deliver outstanding customer service by creating a welcoming environment and maintaining high standards throughout the sales process.
• Maintain comprehensive product knowledge of both Damas products and competitor offerings.
• Ensure 100% stock accuracy through effective stock control procedures.
• Adapt sales approach based on client needs and motivations.
• Negotiate effectively and handle customer objections with professionalism.
• Stay informed on industry news and competitor information to maintain market awareness.
• Ensure the store consistently meets Damas operational and service standards.

Qualifications and Experience

• Minimum of a Senior High School Graduate qualification.
• 5 to 7 years of prior experience in a luxury retail, service, or hospitality environment.
• General knowledge of Jewellery is required.

Required Skills and Attributes

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Strong understanding of customer service needs and priorities.
• High attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple tasks precisely.
• Self-starter with a collaborative team-player approach.
• Must be available to work retail hours, including weekends, to meet business demands.

Work Environment

This is a full-time position based in Ha'il, Saudi Arabia. The role requires flexibility to work standard retail hours, which includes evenings and weekends, to ensure continuous business operation and customer service coverage.
