The Public Works & Facilities Manager will be responsible for the strategic planning, direction, and coordination of all facility management operations. The role ensures that all facility operations align with organizational objectives and regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities and Operations

This position involves a broad range of responsibilities focused on maintaining and improving the company's facilities. Key duties include:

• Overseeing the daily activities of facilities, encompassing physical sites, designs, and furnishings.
• Planning and scheduling regular maintenance and cleaning operations for all facilities.
• Coordinating maintenance and repair activities to minimize operational downtime.
• Planning and managing the construction of new works and annexes as required.
• Preparing, reviewing, and approving construction-related contracts.

Compliance and Safety Oversight

A critical aspect of this role is ensuring a safe and compliant working environment. The Public Works & Facilities Manager must guarantee strict adherence to all relevant health, safety, and environmental rules and regulations.
