The Opportunity: Laboratory Manager

Almarai is seeking a Laboratory Manager for a full-time position in Makkah or Rabigh. This role is central to managing the Quality Control team and ensuring the adoption of the latest techniques in the field. The Laboratory Manager will be responsible for engaging principles of continual improvement within the laboratory operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Effectively and efficiently manage the Quality Control team.
• Ensure the introduction and adoption of the latest laboratory techniques.
• Implement and promote principles of continual improvement within the laboratory.

Qualifications and Experience

• A minimum of 5 to 10 years of relevant experience is required.
• Demonstrated ability to manage a quality control team.
• Proficiency in introducing and integrating new techniques and improvements.
