The Training Officer Opportunity

Almarai is seeking a Training Officer to join its team. This full-time role is designed for individuals with 0-1 years of experience who are prepared for a challenging opportunity within a dynamic industry. The Training Officer will play a key part in supporting the effective delivery of training objectives, particularly within the Poultry Business Unit.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate training programs specifically within the Poultry Business Unit.
• Maintain an accurate training database to ensure data integrity.
• Process necessary documents related to training activities.
• Provide comprehensive administrative support for training initiatives.
• Contribute to the effective delivery of training objectives and an error-free database.

Qualifications and Skills

Candidates for the Training Officer position should possess 0-1 years of relevant experience and demonstrate the following:

• Knowledge of the training cycle.
• Effective planning and organizing skills.
• Ability to network with external customers.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proficiency in reporting and providing feedback.
• A disciplined and meticulous approach during training workshops.

Work Location

This full-time position is based in either Makkah or Rabigh.
