Senior Planner

About the Role

KBR Saudi Arabia is seeking a Senior Planner to join its team in Rabigh. This full-time role involves developing and managing maintenance plans across various disciplines, ensuring operational efficiency and compliance with safety standards. The Senior Planner will contribute to KBR's Sustainable Technology Solutions (STS) division, which provides comprehensive solutions across the asset lifecycle.

Role Context and Purpose

The Senior Planner will be responsible for preparing and developing preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance plans on a weekly and monthly basis. These plans will cover mechanical, electrical, instrument, and general services maintenance activities. The role requires coordination with various divisions and stakeholders to ensure the timely and effective implementation of maintenance schedules, contributing to the availability of equipment, plants, and utilities.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare weekly and monthly routine and preventive maintenance plans and all related activities.
• Ensure proper resource planning and sourcing for the implementation and completion of planned maintenance activities as per schedule.
• Analyze and record critical operational and maintenance issues related to equipment, plants, and utilities availability.
• Liaise and participate in meetings with other Divisions regarding maintenance plan development and provide technical inputs and recommendations.
• Coordinate with the CET Division to evaluate progress against plans and conduct technical studies to identify and recommend new practices for planning and implementation.
• Coordinate with all applicable Stakeholders to ensure the availability of maintenance personnel, materials, spare parts, tools, and equipment.
• Prepare and maintain statistical maintenance and technical reports relating to routine and preventive maintenance activities.
• Utilize SAP systems and other computer programs/software for effective implementation of maintenance plans.
• Assist in preparing, developing, and measuring Contractor’s Key Performance Indicators.
• Maintain historical records and databases of routine and preventive maintenance plans.
• Ensure compliance with all HSE rules and encourage reporting of unsafe acts and conditions.
• Comply with all SHE procedures prior to commencement and during work.

Qualifications and Experience

• A minimum of 10 years of experience in a relevant planning role.
• Proficiency in utilizing SAP systems and other relevant computer programs/software.
• Strong understanding of preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance methodologies.
• Knowledge of mechanical, electrical, instrument, and general services maintenance activities.
