About the Role

Tuwaiq Casting & Forging is seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to join the Human Capital Department in Ras Tannurah, Eastern Province. This full-time role reports to the HR Director and serves as the primary HR focal point for the Manufacturing function. The HR Business Partner will collaborate with business leaders and employees to provide strategic and operational HR support, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives and Saudi labor regulations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as a strategic advisor to manufacturing leadership on organizational design, workforce planning, and people-related initiatives.
  • Translate business objectives into effective HR strategies and action plans.
  • Support organizational effectiveness, employee engagement, culture, and change management initiatives.
  • Act as the primary HR focal point for recruitment activities within the Manufacturing function, ensuring timely fulfillment of manpower requirements and compliance with Saudization (Nitaqat) regulations.
  • Manage the end-to-end employee lifecycle, including onboarding, probation confirmation, transfers, promotions, and offboarding.
  • Lead employee relations activities, including grievance handling, disciplinary actions, investigations, and conflict resolution.
  • Ensure compliance with Saudi Labour Law and all relevant regulations, coordinating with Government Relations on employee-related regulatory matters.
  • Drive the performance management cycle, supporting managers in goal setting, performance reviews, and development planning.
  • Identify capability gaps and coordinate learning and development initiatives with the Talent Development team.
  • Collaborate with various stakeholders including Talent Acquisition, HR Operations, Finance, and Legal to deliver integrated HR solutions.

Qualifications and Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in talent acquisition, employee relations, training, and development within industrial or manufacturing sectors.

Required Skills

  • Strong understanding of HR policies, procedures, and employment laws.
  • Proficiency in HR software and systems, including HRIS and ATS platforms.
  • Data analysis skills for HR metrics and reporting.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
  • Experience in performance management and employee development.
  • Leadership skills with the ability to influence and drive change.
  • Ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels.

Work Environment

This role is based in Ras Tannurah and requires serving as the primary HR point of contact for employees at the Ras Al Khair site. The position involves working closely with manufacturing leadership and various internal departments to ensure consistent implementation of HR policies and governance standards.
