About the Role

SEGULA Technologies is seeking a senior MEP Infrastructure Manager to join their team in King Abdullah Economic City, Makkah, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role is central to a major automotive manufacturing development, focusing on the technical integration and delivery of building services, utilities, and smart infrastructure.

Role Context and Objectives

The MEP Infrastructure Manager will provide technical leadership and governance for all mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) systems, alongside broader infrastructure and utilities. This position involves managing complex interfaces and ensuring the successful implementation, testing, and operational readiness of critical systems within an industrial construction environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead technical governance for MEP, infrastructure, and utilities.
• Review mechanical, electrical, and plumbing designs.
• Manage HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and fire-protection integration.
• Coordinate external and internal utilities.
• Oversee power, water, sewer, stormwater, telecommunications, gas, and fire-water systems.
• Coordinate utility connections with authorities and service providers.
• Manage interfaces with structural, architectural, and production-equipment requirements.
• Coordinate Building Management System (BMS), Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition (SCADA), Information and Communication Technology (ICT), and smart-building interfaces.
• Monitor Project Management Consultancy (PMC) and main-contractor engineering performance.
• Review construction methodologies for complex installations.
• Manage multidisciplinary technical issues and clashes.
• Oversee inspections, testing, and commissioning processes.
• Manage handover procedures and ensure operational readiness.

Required Experience

Candidates for this position should possess 5-10 years of experience in MEP and infrastructure management. Preference will be given to individuals with a proven track record in industrial construction projects, specifically involving the technical integration and delivery of building services and utilities.
