Role Overview

Almarai is seeking a Team Manager to lead a self-directing, multi-functional team. This role is central to the manufacturing and packaging of infant formula products, ensuring adherence to internal and regulatory standards while continuously driving improvements in production efficiencies within a safe operational environment.

Key Responsibilities

Collaborate as part of the departmental management team to achieve business goals and implement strategic initiatives.
Plan and execute plant run times to meet the master production schedule.
Direct labor resources effectively to achieve required manning levels within production areas.
Ensure that regulatory, quality, and hygiene standards are consistently maintained across the department, and that all necessary documentation is accurately completed.
Assist in managing departmental health and safety compliance and in the implementation of corrective actions.
Facilitate problem-solving sessions to address and rectify production issues.
Manage training needs and staff performance within the designated area of responsibility.

Required Qualifications and Experience

A minimum of 2 to 5 years of relevant experience in a manufacturing or production environment, preferably within the food and beverage or dairy industry.
Demonstrated ability to manage and lead multi-functional teams.
Strong understanding of production planning, resource allocation, and efficiency improvement methodologies.
Knowledge of regulatory, quality, and hygiene standards applicable to manufacturing processes.
Experience with health and safety compliance and corrective action implementation.
Proficiency in problem-solving and facilitating team discussions to resolve operational challenges.
