The Role of a Sales Consultant

Chalhoub Group is seeking a dedicated Sales Consultant for the Swarovski brand, for a full-time position in Jeddah or Makkah. This role is central to achieving individual and overall sales targets while delivering an exceptional guest experience. The Sales Consultant will support key initiatives related to customer relationship management and in-store customer and employee experiences.

Key Responsibilities

• Collect data on customer behavior, best-selling, and slow-moving products to inform business reviews.
• Enhance customer relationships through a comprehensive, multi-channel approach.
• Provide product feedback and information to customers prior to purchase.
• Improve employee Net Promoter Score (eNPS) through employee initiatives, culture, and experiences.
• Ensure compliance with visual merchandising guidelines and standard operating procedures.
• Ensure online purchase and in-store pickup processes adhere to service level agreements.
• Ensure customer data collection meets marketing team requirements.
• Promote the customer loyalty program (MUSE) and stay updated on app offers.
• Support in-store marketing activities.
• Stay updated on all brand activities, campaigns, and social media.
• Boost in-store sales.
• Support in-store customer experience initiatives.
• Provide feedback on effective and ineffective in-store practices.

Qualifications

Candidates should possess 0-1 years of experience. Prior experience in sales or customer service, particularly with luxury retail brands, is preferred.
