About the Role

Mathal Al-Emaar Real Estate Development Company is seeking a dedicated Real Estate Sales Specialist to join our team in Makkah. This full-time position is ideal for individuals with 0-1 years of experience who are eager to contribute to our sales efforts and grow within the real estate sector. The role focuses on engaging with clients, presenting our projects, and achieving sales targets while ensuring a high-quality customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Receive clients and thoroughly understand their residential and financial requirements.
  • Professionally present and explain the company's projects and available units.
  • Follow up with potential clients and convert inquiries into confirmed sales.
  • Organize client visits to project sites and model units.
  • Prepare price offers and manage reservation and contracting procedures.
  • Update client data and document all communication and follow-up stages.
  • Coordinate with real estate financing entities and track client applications.
  • Achieve monthly sales targets and maintain excellent customer experience quality.
  • Prepare periodic reports on sales performance, client interactions, and available opportunities.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Sales, or a related field.
  • Previous sales experience is preferred, especially within the real estate or real estate finance sectors.
  • Demonstrated high-level communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to build professional relationships and effectively follow up with clients.
  • Proficiency in using computer programs and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems.
  • Commitment to a professional appearance and excellent interpersonal conduct.
  • Possess seriousness, initiative, and the capability to achieve set targets.
  • Good knowledge of Makkah city and its real estate market is considered an advantage.
