Role Overview

* Moller - Maersk is seeking an Account Supervisor for a full-time position in Jeddah, Makkah, Saudi Arabia. This role is central to managing customer logistics operations, ensuring efficient execution and high service levels. The Account Supervisor will act as a primary point of contact for customers, overseeing various stages of the transport plan and maintaining financial and operational discipline.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the single point of contact for forecasting, booking, dispatch, and proactive notification of transport-plan changes.
• Manage Order Handling SLA, following up on pending actions and escalating overdue cases to achieve a target of 90% or above accuracy monthly.
• Ensure Shipment Readiness and On-Time Execution by confirming readiness and prioritizing at-risk shipments, targeting 90% or above daily.
• Oversee Documentation, Port Shuttling, and Customs Readiness, tracking missing documents and escalating aging ones, with a daily target of 90% or above.
• Handle Billing and Invoicing, validating services, quantities, and rates, and resolving disputes, aiming for 80% or above accuracy and 100% on-time completion monthly.
• Ensure Financial Hygiene and Accrual Compliance through complete and timely inputs for accruals, revenue, cost, and vendor invoices, targeting 100% completeness monthly.
• Maintain Tracker and Reporting Discipline with a target of 95% or above completeness, reviewed weekly.
• Monitor Volume and Escalate shortfalls against monthly commercial targets, ensuring 100% escalation compliance weekly.
• Record every managed or handled order on the Depot Platform, targeting 100% daily.
• Manage customer issues, customer satisfaction, claims, and commercial intelligence, while upholding Maersk values and driving continuous improvement based on KPI results.

Qualifications and Experience

• Minimum of 5 years of experience, with a range of 5-10 years, in handling logistics for petrochemical customers.
• Proficiency in advanced Excel techniques.
• Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with multiple teams within the department to achieve objectives.
