Role Overview

HASCO Group is seeking a Freight Forwarding Pricing Executive to join its team in Jeddah or Makkah, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role is central to developing, managing, and optimizing pricing strategies for international freight shipments across air, ocean, and land modes. The primary objective is to secure profitable business and provide robust support to sales teams through competitive quotes and thorough margin analysis. Candidates should typically possess 3-5 years of relevant experience in the freight forwarding sector.

Core Responsibilities

• Create and maintain comprehensive pricing for all modes of transport (air, ocean, and land) across multiple lanes and service levels.
• Analyze customer requirements and carrier rates to prepare competitive and accurate quotes.
• Monitor and optimize profitability, along with key performance indicators (KPIs) such as quote-to-win ratio and on-time delivery.
• Collaborate effectively with sales, operations, and supplier management teams to ensure the feasibility of quotes and service commitments.
• Manage exception pricing for high-risk or large-value shipments and urgent requests.
• Maintain accurate data within pricing databases and ERP/TMS systems.
• Generate regular pricing reports for management review, identify market trends and opportunities, and ensure rates are consistently up to date.
• Ensure strict compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and documentation standards.

Essential Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, logistics, business, economics, or a related field; equivalent work experience will be considered.
• 3–5 years of experience in a freight forwarding pricing or commercial role; international logistics experience is preferred.
• Strong understanding of multimodal freight pricing, Incoterms, and carrier contract structures.
• Demonstrated analytical mindset with the ability to build cost models, conduct profitability analyses, and present clear recommendations.
• Proven ability to manage multiple quotes efficiently under tight deadlines.

Desired Skills and Certifications

• Certifications related to logistics or pricing (*, FIATA, ASTL, CPSM) are considered a plus.
• Knowledge of customs compliance and import/export documentation.
• Experience with international pricing structures, surcharges, and currency considerations.

Work Setting

This is a full-time position based in the Makkah region, with opportunities in both Jeddah and Makkah cities. The role operates within a dynamic and professional environment focused on international freight forwarding operations.
