About the Role

Le Méridien Hotels & Resorts is seeking a Guest Experience Expert to join our team in Makkah. This full-time position focuses on creating memorable and unique experiences for guests throughout their stay, extending beyond standard check-in and check-out procedures. The role involves proactive engagement to guide guests and address their needs.
