About the Role

Marriott International is seeking a Guest Experience Expert to join our team in Makkah. This full-time position is focused on creating memorable and unique experiences for guests throughout their stay, extending beyond standard check-in and check-out procedures. The role involves proactive engagement and a hands-on approach to service delivery.

Key Responsibilities

Process operational needs efficiently.
Address guest requests promptly and effectively.
Complete necessary reports accurately.
Share information about local attractions and highlights with guests.

Physical Requirements

This role requires physical activity, including standing, sitting, or walking for extended periods. Guest Experience Experts will also engage in hands-on tasks such as moving, lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling, and placing objects weighing up to 10 pounds without assistance. The ability to perform these duties consistently is essential for success in this position.

Qualifications and Experience

Candidates should possess 0-1 years of relevant experience. A proactive approach to guest service and the ability to manage a variety of tasks are key attributes for this role.
