About the Role

Marriott International is seeking a Guest Experience Expert for a full-time position in Makkah. This role is focused on creating a memorable and unique experience for guests, extending beyond standard check-in and check-out procedures. Guest Experience Experts are empowered to provide comprehensive support throughout a guest's stay.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle various operational needs to ensure smooth guest services.
• Respond promptly and effectively to guest requests.
• Prepare necessary reports as required by operational procedures.
• Share information about local points of interest to enhance guest experience.
• Ensure that all guest transactions are integrated seamlessly into the overall service experience.

Success in this role requires adherence to company policies and procedures, maintaining confidentiality, and protecting company assets. Employees are expected to uphold quality standards and ensure professional uniform, personal appearance, and communications. The role involves physical activity, including standing, sitting, or walking for extended periods, and the ability to move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing up to 10 pounds ( kg) without assistance.

Qualifications and Requirements
