About the Role of Hostess at Hilton

Hilton is seeking a Hostess to join their team in Makkah, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role is crucial for creating a welcoming and professional first impression for guests. The Hostess manages the restaurant’s seating plan, handles reservations, and ensures smooth operations through effective communication with the service team, contributing to exceptional guest satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

Welcome and greet guests in a friendly and professional manner.
Manage reservations and accurately maintain the reservation system.
Escort guests to their tables and present menus when required.
Monitor table availability and optimize seating arrangements.
Coordinate with restaurant staff to ensure efficient guest flow.
Answer guest inquiries and provide information about restaurant services and promotions.
Handle guest concerns courteously and escalate issues when necessary.
Maintain a clean and organized reception area.
Follow hotel and restaurant standards, policies, and procedures at all times.
Assist with special events and group bookings as required.

Qualifications and Experience

A minimum of 0-1 years of experience in a similar role is required.
Demonstrated ability to manage reservations and seating plans effectively.
Strong communication skills to interact with guests and team members.
