About the Role

Rotana Hotels is seeking a Housekeeping Supervisor to join their team in Makkah. This full-time role requires a professional with 2-5 years of experience in housekeeping, focusing on delivering high standards of cleanliness and guest service.

Role Overview

The Housekeeping Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the Housekeeping Attendants to ensure operational objectives are met. This includes maintaining the hotel's cleanliness and maintenance standards according to specified requirements, while also providing solutions and service to guests.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and assign job duties to Housekeeping Attendants.
• Distribute keys and supplies to Housekeeping Attendants.
• Monitor VIPs, Do Not Disturb, Sleep Out, and Double-Lock Rooms, taking appropriate action.
• Attend daily meetings and implement special instructions.
• Verify check-outs before reporting rooms as vacant.
• Address and fulfill special requests from guests.
• Inspect cleaned areas using a checklist to ensure adequacy of cleaning, standard supply levels, and prompt reporting of repairs.
• Complete necessary reports and submit found articles to the lost and found department.
• Supervise the cleaning of guest rooms, corridors, and stairwells.
• Train and assist Housekeeping Attendants, and provide performance feedback to superiors.
• Support inventory management and ensure proper handling and maintenance of all housekeeping machinery and equipment.

Required Experience

• 2-5 years of experience in a similar Housekeeping role.

This is a full-time position based in Makkah, Saudi Arabia. The salary for this role will be disclosed during the interview process.
