About the Role

Fisheye - Executive Search is recruiting Product Specialists for a leading healthcare company in Saudi Arabia. These full-time roles are based in Jeddah or Riyadh, within the Makkah region, and require candidates to be actively engaged in hospital environments. The positions focus on two distinct portfolios: Radiology Solutions (CT, MRI, X-ray, interventional radiology/vascular) and Cardiac & Surgical Equipment (cardiac monitoring, surgical instruments, endovascular devices). Candidates should indicate their preferred portfolio when applying.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the clinical and technical point of contact for hospital departments (radiology, cardiology, cath lab, surgery) regarding the assigned product portfolio.
  • Deliver live product demonstrations, in-service training, and hands-on workshops for physicians, technologists, and nursing staff to ensure correct product use and drive adoption.
  • Provide direct procedural support, which may include CT/MRI/X-ray imaging protocols and contrast media handling for radiology, or support during catheterization or surgical procedures for cardiac/surgical.
  • Support the end-to-end tender process, including technical specification review, clinical evaluation documentation, and coordination with the sales team on NUPCO/Etimad submissions.
  • Manage equipment installation, commissioning, and after-sales technical support in coordination with service and biomedical engineering teams.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key opinion leaders (KOLs), department heads, and biomedical engineers across assigned hospital accounts.
  • Track product performance and customer feedback, escalating quality or technical issues to the principal/manufacturer as needed.
  • Maintain up-to-date clinical and technical knowledge of the product line through manufacturer training and industry conferences.

Qualifications and Requirements

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience (2-5 years preferred) as a Product Specialist, Application Specialist, or in a similar hands-on clinical/technical role within medical devices, specifically radiology imaging equipment or cardiac/surgical equipment.
  • A clinical or technical foundation is strongly preferred, such as radiology technologist licensure, a nursing background, or a biomedical/medical engineering degree.
  • Demonstrated experience delivering product training and hands-on demonstrations to clinical staff.
  • Comfortable working directly in hospital environments, including exposure to procedure rooms, cath labs, or imaging suites as relevant to the portfolio.
  • Familiarity with NUPCO/Etimad tender processes is an advantage.
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (Radiology, Nursing, Biomedical Engineering, or similar).
  • Based in Jeddah (for radiology and general coverage) or Riyadh, with willingness to travel regionally as needed.
  • Fluent in both Arabic and English.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Prior experience with specific brands relevant to the portfolio (*, Fujifilm, Mindray, Cordis, Schiller, AMBU, or similar).
  • MBA or postgraduate coursework in progress, indicating a commercial as well as clinical orientation.

Work Environment

This role involves significant fieldwork within hospital settings, requiring direct interaction with physicians and technologists. It is suited for professionals who thrive in a clinical, hands-on environment rather than a desk-based position.

Application Process

Interested candidates are encouraged to apply and specify which product portfolio (Radiology Solutions or Cardiac & Surgical Equipment) aligns with their professional background.
