Project Control Manager

About the Role

Parsons Corporation is seeking a Project Control Manager to join their team in Makkah. This full-time role involves leading a team of professionals in overseeing all phases of mission-critical projects and programs. The position requires a minimum of 10 years of experience in a relevant field.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and review contractor schedules to ensure project compliance requirements are met.
• Engage with contractors to develop delivery, recovery, and mitigation plans.
• Develop detailed schedules with resource and cost loading at the activity level.
• Develop and maintain detailed deliverable lists for each design project in coordination with Project/Engineering Managers.
• Implement a deliverable-based progress measurement model and coordinate with Leads for periodic updates.
• Utilize Earned Value Management techniques to evaluate schedule and cost performance metrics.
• Maintain weekly updates of the Earned Value Analysis dashboard at both project and Sector levels.
• Provide construction support, including reviewing, checking, and evaluating contractors’ schedules of work, monitoring progress against accepted programs, and reporting to the Project Manager.
• Prepare weekly and/or monthly progress reports covering the status of construction projects.
• Support proposal development by creating schedules for new Parsons pursuits.
• Attend internal and external meetings to discuss and present schedule and progress-related matters.

Required Qualifications and Experience

• A minimum of 10 years of experience in project controls or a related field.
• Proven ability to perform in a managerial capacity.
• Thorough knowledge of industry practices is required.

Essential Skills

• Ability to represent Parsons effectively in front of clients during meetings and presentations.
• Excellent proficiency in MS Office applications, particularly Excel, including the ability to create and maintain complex spreadsheets.
