About Arabian Trading Supplies and the Role

Arabian Trading Supplies (ATS), a member of the Mohammed Yousuf Naghi Group, is seeking a Recruitment Specialist to join its Talent Acquisition team. This full-time position is based in Jeddah, Makkah, Saudi Arabia. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the full recruitment lifecycle, partnering with hiring managers to attract, assess, and hire top talent across various business functions.

Role Purpose

The Recruitment Specialist plays a key role in ensuring ATS attracts and secures qualified professionals. This involves overseeing the entire recruitment process, from initial requisition to offer acceptance, while delivering a professional and positive candidate experience. The role requires close collaboration with hiring managers and HR Business Partners to meet workforce requirements and recruitment priorities.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment cycle from approved requisition to offer acceptance.
• Source high-quality candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, referrals, social media, and other sourcing channels.
• Screen CVs, conduct competency-based interviews, and assess candidate suitability.
• Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and provide recruitment recommendations.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
• Ensure an excellent candidate experience through timely communication and professional engagement.
• Prepare recruitment reports and maintain accurate recruitment records.
• Partner with hiring managers and HR Business Partners to understand workforce requirements and recruitment priorities.
• Monitor recruitment Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and ensure vacancies are filled within agreed service levels.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and Saudi labor regulations.

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of recruitment experience within the FMCG industry (mandatory).
• Proven experience managing multiple vacancies across different functions and organizational levels.
• Strong sourcing experience using LinkedIn Recruiter and other recruitment platforms.
• Experience using an Applicant Tracking System (ATS) is an advantage.
