About the Role

FNRCO is seeking a Sales Agent to join their team in Makkah, with opportunities in Jeddah and Makkah. This full-time role focuses on promoting and selling banking products and services to customers. The ideal candidate will have a strong customer focus and the ability to build relationships while achieving sales targets.

Role Overview

The Sales Agent will be responsible for engaging with potential and existing customers to understand their financial needs and recommend suitable banking solutions. This involves direct sales activities, lead generation, and maintaining customer relationships to ensure sustained sales performance and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Promote and sell banking products and services, including accounts, credit cards, loans, and digital banking solutions.
• Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate banking products.
• Generate leads through direct sales activities, referrals, and networking.
• Meet and exceed monthly sales targets and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
• Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers.
• Conduct customer consultations, explaining product features, benefits, and pricing.
• Ensure compliance with banking regulations and internal policies.
• Prepare and maintain accurate sales records and customer information.
• Follow up on customer inquiries and provide excellent customer service.
• Participate in sales campaigns and promotional activities organized by the bank.

Qualifications and Experience

• Minimum of one year of sales experience.
• Strong interpersonal skills.
