The Role of Senior Graphic Designer

Athr Agency is seeking a Senior Graphic Designer to join its team in Jeddah, Makkah. This full-time, on-site position involves leading the conceptualization and execution of visual designs for various brand identities, marketing campaigns, and both digital and print materials. The role requires a professional with 5-10 years of experience in graphic design.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the conceptualization and execution of high-quality visual designs.
• Develop design concepts for brand identities, marketing campaigns, and various materials.
• Prepare final artwork and ensure brand consistency across all touchpoints.
• Collaborate with account managers, copywriters, and other creative team members.
• Present design proposals to stakeholders and refine work based on feedback.
• Mentor junior designers within the team.
• Maintain organized design files and project documentation.
• Stay current with design trends and best practices in the industry.

Required Qualifications and Experience

• A minimum of 5 to 10 years of experience in graphic design.
• Demonstrated ability to lead design projects from concept to completion.
• Proficiency in design software and tools relevant to graphic design.
