Waiter/Waitress (Saudi National Only)

About the Role

Park Hyatt is seeking a Waiter/Waitress (Saudi National Only) to join their team in Makkah, with operations spanning Jeddah and Makkah. This full-time role focuses on delivering a high level of personalized service to guests, ensuring an exceptional dining experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Host and serve all guests, ensuring an exceptional drinking and dining experience, creating lasting memories, and building relationships.
• Bring restaurant concepts to life through personal flair and style when interacting with guests.
• Ensure guests receive the highest level of personalized service at all times.
• Report guest complaints or problems to supervisors if an immediate solution is not found, and ensure follow-up with guests.
• Maintain awareness of hotel activities and ensure proper handover of pending points for the next shift's follow-up and action.
• Provide courteous, professional, efficient, and flexible service at all times.
• Perform opening and closing procedures established for the assigned place of work.
• Monitor operating supplies and actively work to reduce spoilage and wastage.
• Handle cash and credit card payments accurately.
• Maintain a thorough understanding and knowledge of all Food and Beverage related services and products.
• Recommend Food & Beverage combinations, and effectively upsell and cross-sell products.

General Duties

• Maintain a high standard of grooming and hygiene at all times.
• Foster a good rapport and working relationship with colleagues and all other departments.
• Provide full support to Supervisors and the team for any other reasonable duties and responsibilities as assigned.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Experience: 2-5 years in a similar role.
• Nationality: Saudi National Only.

Work Environment

This is a full-time position based in Makkah, with responsibilities extending to Jeddah. The role requires active participation within a team-oriented environment, ensuring seamless service delivery across shifts.
