About the Role

Marriott International is seeking an Agent Guest Relations to join their team in Makkah. This is a full-time position offering an opportunity to engage directly with guests and contribute to a positive hospitality experience.

Role Overview

The Agent Guest Relations is responsible for providing guests with essential information and directions regarding property amenities, services, operating hours, and local points of interest. This role acts as a key point of contact for guests, ensuring their needs are met efficiently and professionally.

Key Responsibilities

• Supplying guests with directions and information about property amenities, services, and hours of operation, as well as local areas of interest and activities.
• Contacting appropriate individuals or departments to resolve guest requests or problems.
• Following up with guests to ensure their requests or problems have been addressed to their satisfaction.
• Receiving, recording, and relaying messages accurately and legibly.
• Responding to special requests from guests with unique needs.
• Communicating VIP arrivals to designated personnel for escort and amenity delivery.

General Duties and Professional Conduct

• Adhering to all company policies and procedures, and reporting accidents, injuries, and unsafe working conditions.
• Maintaining a clean and professional uniform and personal appearance.
• Protecting company assets and maintaining the confidentiality of proprietary information.
• Welcoming and acknowledging all guests according to company standards, anticipating and addressing service needs with genuine appreciation.
• Communicating clearly and professionally, and answering telephones using appropriate etiquette.
• Developing and maintaining positive working relationships with colleagues and supporting team goals.
• Complying with quality assurance expectations and standards.
• Identifying and recommending new ideas or processes to increase organizational efficiency and productivity.

Physical Requirements

This role requires the ability to stand, sit, or walk for extended periods or entire work shifts. It also involves moving, lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling, and placing objects weighing less than or equal to 10 pounds without assistance. Reasonable job duties as requested by supervisors may also be performed.

Qualifications and Experience

• High school diploma or *** equivalent.
• No related work experience is required.
• No supervisory experience is required.
