About the Opportunity

The Ministry of Health Saudi Arabia is seeking a highly qualified and experienced Anesthesiologist to join its medical team. This full-time position is based in Makkah, offering a professional environment within a leading healthcare provider in the region.

Role Summary

The Anesthesiologist will be responsible for providing comprehensive anesthesia services to patients undergoing surgical and diagnostic procedures. This role involves critical decision-making and direct patient care, ensuring safety and optimal outcomes throughout the perioperative period. The successful candidate will operate within the established protocols and standards of the Ministry of Health.

Key Responsibilities

• Administering various types of anesthesia, including general, regional, and local, tailored to patient needs and surgical requirements.
• Monitoring patients' vital signs and physiological responses continuously before, during, and after surgical interventions.
• Managing acute and chronic pain, and providing critical care support in pre-operative and post-operative settings.
• Collaborating effectively with surgeons, nurses, and other medical professionals to ensure integrated patient care.
• Maintaining accurate and detailed medical records and documentation for all anesthesia procedures.

Qualifications and Experience

• Medical degree from a recognized institution and a valid license to practice as an Anesthesiologist.
• A minimum of 5 to 10 years of experience in anesthesiology is required.
• Candidates should possess approximately 8 years of experience specifically as an Anesthesia Registrar.
• Demonstrated proficiency in a wide range of anesthesia techniques and patient management protocols.
• Strong commitment to patient safety, ethical practice, and continuous professional development.
