About the Assistant Restaurant Manager Role

Hilton is seeking an Assistant Restaurant Manager to join their team in Makkah. This full-time position involves supporting the daily operations of a hotel dining outlet, focusing on delivering memorable guest experiences and upholding high standards of hospitality.

Key Responsibilities

The Assistant Restaurant Manager will be responsible for a range of operational duties to ensure smooth and efficient service. This includes:

  • Assisting in the management of outlet operations, encompassing guest service standards, product quality, inventory, cost controls, profitability, marketing, and budgeting.
  • Enforcing established policies and procedures to maintain operational consistency.
  • Collaborating with the Restaurant Manager to monitor service and product quality, address guest feedback, and resolve issues to enhance the dining experience.
  • Supporting team development through supervision, coaching, and contributing to performance evaluations and professional development initiatives.
  • Assisting in the recruitment, interviewing, onboarding, and training of new team members to ensure adherence to service standards.
  • Implementing marketing strategies, up-selling techniques, and promotions to increase food and beverage sales.
  • Ensuring compliance with health, safety, sanitation, and alcohol awareness regulations to maintain a safe environment for guests and team members.

Required Qualifications and Experience

Candidates for this role should possess the following qualifications:

  • A minimum of 5 to 10 years of experience in a relevant role.
  • A demonstrated passion for hospitality and delivering excellent guest service.
  • A commitment to acting with integrity and taking ownership of responsibilities.
