About the Assistant Room Service Manager Role

Hilton is seeking an Assistant Room Service Manager to join its team in Makkah, Saudi Arabia. This full-time position involves overseeing food and beverage operations to ensure quality and service standards are consistently met. The role contributes to delivering memorable guest experiences by managing the seamless execution of daily operations.

Key Responsibilities

The Assistant Room Service Manager will be responsible for overseeing all Food and Beverage operations, including Restaurants, Bars, Cafes, Room Service, Conference and Banqueting, and Kitchens. Key duties include:

• Managing food and beverage service to meet hotel and Hilton brand standards.
• Controlling customer flow and front-to-back-of-house interaction during service.
• Ensuring Team Members maximize sales opportunities.
• Ensuring Team Members maintain brand standards and high levels of customer service.
• Handling customer inquiries professionally.
• Accurately managing all transactions during service.
• Managing Team Member schedules, stock, and wastage levels.
