Role Overview

The Barista role involves delivering the Starbucks experience to customers through high-quality service, beverages, and products. This position requires a commitment to customer service and the ability to contribute to a positive store environment. No prior experience is required; candidates should demonstrate a passion for customer interaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Consistently prepare and serve quality beverages, whole bean products, and food items according to established recipe and presentation standards.
• Assist with store operational procedures, including opening and closing tasks, cash handling, and maintaining safety and security protocols.
• Support team members during peak business hours to ensure efficient store operations.
• Anticipate and address customer and store needs by understanding the store environment and customer preferences.
• Provide customer service with a customer-first approach, fostering genuine connections with patrons.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace for both customers and colleagues.

Work Environment and Schedule
