About the Business Development Manager Role

Nadia is seeking a Business Development Manager to drive growth and expand market presence for company-branded Home Appliances and Consumer Electronics across Saudi Arabia. This full-time, remote position focuses on strategic initiatives within the Saudi market.

Role Objectives and Focus Areas

The primary objective of this role is to achieve sales and profitability targets by developing strategic partnerships, expanding market share, and managing key business relationships. The position requires a proactive approach to market engagement and channel development.

Key Responsibilities

  • Spearhead business development initiatives to identify and capitalize on new opportunities.
  • Manage sales and key accounts, fostering strong relationships with partners and clients.
  • Develop and implement effective channel strategies to enhance market reach.
  • Conduct market intelligence to inform strategic decisions and identify competitive advantages.
  • Provide support for product management, aligning business development efforts with product offerings.
  • Contribute to marketing and brand development strategies to strengthen market position.
  • Prepare accurate forecasts and reports to track performance and inform stakeholders.

Required Qualifications and Experience

  • A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Commerce, or a related field.
  • Between 5 to 10 years of professional experience in business development, sales, or account management.
  • Demonstrated experience within the Home Appliances, Consumer Electronics, or FMCG durable goods sectors.
  • A thorough understanding of the retail and distribution landscape in Saudi Arabia.

Work Arrangement

This is a full-time position. The role is designated as remote, allowing for work from any location within Saudi Arabia.
