The Role of Business Development Manager

The Business Development Manager will be instrumental in planning and directing comprehensive development strategies and institutional activities within the organization. The primary objective of this role is to enhance overall institutional efficiency and optimize employee performance across various departments.

Key Responsibilities

• Shape the organizational culture and work environment, fostering employee engagement in organizational affairs, and strengthening commitment and loyalty levels.
• Manage daily operations, ensuring optimal resource allocation, and overseeing activities related to employee planning, development, and training to enhance their efficiency.
• Guide and support managers in planning and implementing institutional change processes effectively.
• Monitor departmental performance and conduct periodic operational evaluations to ensure continuous improvement.
• Establish policies and procedures to support the organization's objectives and oversee their consistent implementation.
