This full-time role is essential for engaging with potential clients, guiding them through initial inquiries, and facilitating their journey towards our sales centers. The position requires a professional with 0-1 years of experience, ready to contribute to a dynamic real estate environment.

Role Overview

The Call Center Specialist serves as a primary point of contact for prospective clients, responsible for effective communication, lead qualification, and appointment scheduling. This role involves close coordination with the sales team to ensure a seamless client experience from initial contact to attendance at sales centers, directly supporting the company's sales objectives within the real estate sector.

Key Responsibilities

• Communicate with clients and schedule appointments for visits to sales centers.
• Contribute to achieving sales targets by qualifying clients and transferring them to the sales team.
• Follow up with clients to ensure their attendance at the sales center appointments.
• Accurately update client data within the CRM system.
• Coordinate effectively with the sales team to ensure smooth client handover and ongoing follow-up.
• Provide comprehensive initial information about real estate projects and respond to client inquiries.

Qualifications and Experience

• Associate level experience, ranging from 0 to 1 year in a relevant field.
• Previous experience in call centers or real estate sales is preferred.

Required Skills
