Role Summary

Unilever is seeking a Collection & Claims Specialist to join its team in Jeddah, Makkah, Saudi Arabia. This full-time position is central to ensuring operational excellence across the entire cash collection and claims management cycle. The specialist will be responsible for direct customer correspondence to resolve open invoices, settle claims, and reconcile balances, requiring 5-10 years of relevant experience.

Core Responsibilities

The primary duties of the Collection & Claims Specialist include:

• Conducting accurate and timely claims analysis and settlement with customers.
• Ensuring customer accounts are compliant and fully reconciled.
• Managing open items and aged balances to proactively address disputes or collection risks.
• Engaging in cross-functional interactions with sales and logistics teams to resolve issues.
• Participating in monthly meetings with the cash & claims team and leadership to provide updates on open actions, opportunities, and risks.

Experience Requirements

Candidates for this full-time role must possess 5 to 10 years of experience in a relevant field, such as cash collection, claims management, or financial operations. Demonstrated ability in customer communication, dispute resolution, and account reconciliation is expected.
