Cost Control Specialist

KMAS-SA is seeking a Cost Control Specialist to join our team in Jeddah, Makkah. This full-time position is ideal for professionals with 0-1 years of experience who are looking to develop their expertise in cost management and analysis within a dynamic environment.

Role Overview

The Cost Control Specialist will be responsible for monitoring and analyzing various cost aspects, particularly within the food and beverage sector. This role involves ensuring efficient cost management, identifying variances, and providing recommendations to enhance financial performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and analyze food and beverage costs (F&B Cost).
• Oversee inventory, conduct stock audits, and analyze variances and waste.
• Review recipe costing and menu item costs.
• Track purchasing prices and analyze cost variances.
• Prepare and submit periodic cost reports and provide recommendations to improve performance.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Practical experience in cost control and cost analysis (0-1 years).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, data analysis, and reporting.
• Knowledge of inventory management and cost control procedures.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in the restaurant or F&B industry.
• Familiarity with ERP and POS systems.
• Experience working with multi-branch restaurant chains.
