My Clinic is a leading multispecialty outpatient care provider in Saudi Arabia, established in 2017. The clinic focuses on delivering healthcare services with a commitment to care, collaboration, ambition, and responsibility, aiming to help individuals lead healthier lives. This full-time position is based in the Makkah region, specifically in Jeddah and Makkah.

The Role: Dermatology Senior Registrar

My Clinic is seeking a Dermatology Senior Registrar to join its team. This role involves providing specialized dermatological care under the direction and supervision of the Dermatology Chairman/Medical Director. The Senior Registrar will contribute to patient care, educational programs, and quality assurance initiatives within the department.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide specialized dermatological care to patients within clinic services.
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure optimal patient care.
• Offer consultation services in accordance with approved clinical privileges.
• Actively participate in Departmental/Divisional Educational Programs.
• Coach, educate, and supervise Staff Physicians and Assistant Consultants within the department and divisional subspecialty training programs.
• Develop subspecialty clinical programs and Departmental Policy and Procedures (DPPs) as directed.
• Contribute to the development of Quality Assurance initiatives and participate in Departmental and My Clinic programs.
• Ensure that the quality of care provided meets the standards set by the Ministry of Health (MOH) and the Central Board for Accreditation of Healthcare Institutions (CBAHI).
• Assume responsibilities in other divisions within the Department as requested.
• Serve on medical staff committees as directed by the Departmental Head or Medical Director.
• Adhere to the rules, policies, and procedures of My Clinic.
• Maintain responsibility for the patients under their care.
• Perform other professional and medical duties assigned by the department head.

Qualifications and Experience

• A minimum of 5 to 10 years of relevant experience in Dermatology.
• Demonstrated ability to provide specialized patient care.
• Experience in medical education and supervision.

Work Type and Location

This is a full-time position located in the Makkah region, with opportunities in Jeddah and Makkah. The salary for this position will be discussed during the interview process.
