About the Role

Unilever is seeking an Execution Planner Home Care to manage Home Care Business Unit (BUL) production planning. This full-time role is based in Makkah, specifically in Jeddah or Makkah, and requires 0-1 years of experience. The Execution Planner will drive cross-functional synchronization within the supply chain and contribute to the future readiness of the supply network.

Role Purpose and Context

The primary purpose of this role is to ensure product availability at the optimal time, place, inventory, and cost levels. This involves balancing demand, supply, capacity, and business priorities. The role focuses on solving short- and mid-term supply challenges to ensure consistent service from the Business Unit, utilizing continuous improvement and digital solutions to enhance business delivery.

Key Responsibilities

Lead all Business Unit (BUL) production planning operations.
Act as a liaison between the BUL and business organizations to ensure reliable and agile service delivery.
Prioritize service and customer needs to ensure consistent product availability.
Collaborate with Shipment Planners on direct shipment execution and realization from BUL to markets.
Define inventory and distribution policy guidelines and targets, ensuring accurate future visibility through forecasting.
Participate in Demand-Supply Review meetings, communicating risks and mitigation strategies.
Manage inventory health and implement waste prevention measures for Finished Goods, Packing, and Raw materials.
Manage crises related to product availability, quality issues, and microbiological concerns.
Serve as the primary contact for innovations and strategic planning initiatives.

Work Environment

This is a full-time position within Unilever, located in the Makkah region, with primary work locations in Jeddah and Makkah. The role involves working within a team focused on impactful work for both people and the planet.
