About the Role

Delta Hotels and Resorts® is seeking a full-time F&B Service Expert to join our team in Jiddah, Makkah, Saudi Arabia. This role is central to delivering exceptional guest experiences by ensuring high-quality food and beverage service. The F&B Service Expert proactively manages dining operations to create a positive and memorable meal for every guest.

Key Responsibilities

Set tables and prepare dining areas for service.
Communicate effectively with kitchen staff to ensure smooth service delivery.
Interact with and serve guests, focusing on a positive dining experience.
Clean work areas and supplies to uphold hygiene standards.
Manage menu information, including reading and visually verifying details.
Adhere to all company policies and procedures.
Maintain quality standards in service and presentation.
Present a professional uniform, personal appearance, and communication style.

Qualifications and Experience

High school diploma or *** equivalent.
Less than one year of related work experience.
No supervisory experience is required for this position.
No specific license or certification is required.

The F&B Service Expert is expected to contribute to a safe workplace environment and consistently uphold all quality standards in service and presentation. Maintaining a professional uniform, personal appearance, and communication style is essential for this role.

Physical Demands

This role involves various physical activities necessary for service delivery. Candidates should be able to:

Stand, sit, or walk for extended periods, moving over various surfaces.
Handle objects weighing up to 25 pounds without assistance and up to 50 pounds with assistance.
Perform physical tasks such as reaching overhead, bending, twisting, pulling, and stooping.
