About the Role

Hays is partnering with a large Holding Group to recruit a Group Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) Manager. This full-time position is based in Jeddah, Makkah, and involves leading the Group's financial planning, forecasting, performance management, and management reporting agenda.

Role Purpose and Impact

The FP&A Manager serves as a key strategic partner to the CFO and senior management. This role is critical for providing forward-looking financial insights, challenging business performance, and supporting strategic and investment decisions across the Group. The manager will also guide subsidiary finance teams on FP&A matters, ensuring consistency in financial planning and reporting, and providing clear visibility into the Group's financial performance, outlook, risks, and opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the Group's financial planning and forecasting processes.
Manage performance reporting and ensure accurate management reporting.
Provide strategic financial insights to the CFO and senior management.
Challenge business performance and identify areas for improvement.
Support key strategic and investment decisions across the Group.
Offer leadership and direction to subsidiary finance teams on FP&A matters.
Drive consistency in financial planning and reporting standards.
Ensure clear visibility of the Group's financial performance, outlook, risks, and opportunities.

Qualifications and Experience

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
Professional qualification such as CMA, CPA, ACCA, or CIMA is essential.
A minimum of 10 years of progressive experience, with at least 3 years in a management or leadership role.
Proven experience in FP&A, corporate finance, performance management, or business finance.
Experience within a large Group, holding company, or multinational environment is preferred.
